By accessing and using services provided by Authoh, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Services

Authoh provides authentication and user management services. Our services include both a cloud-based platform and an open-source Community Edition for self-hosting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Authoh and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • Our name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Authoh
  • For users of our Community Edition, you may not remove or alter any Authoh branding within the software

Community Edition License

Our open-source Community Edition is provided under the following conditions:

  • You may use, modify, and distribute the software for personal or business use
  • You may not use the software for reselling purposes or to create a competing authentication service
  • You may not remove or alter Authoh branding within the software
  • You agree to abide by the specific terms of the open-source license provided with the software

Limitation of Liability

Authoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Service Level Agreement

For our cloud-based services, service availability and support response times are governed by the Service Level Agreement applicable to your subscription tier.

Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

User Content

If you submit any content to our services (such as feedback or support inquiries), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
