This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds for services provided by Authoh's authentication and user management platform.
Eligibility for Refunds
Cloud Services
- New Accounts: For new subscribers to our cloud service, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with our service
- Current Billing Cycle: No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle after the first 14 days
- Prepaid Annual Plans: Prorated refunds may be available for the unused portion of prepaid annual plans, subject to a cancellation fee
- Service Outages: Credit may be issued according to our Service Level Agreement for service outages exceeding guaranteed uptime
Enterprise Services
- Custom Development: Refunds for enterprise services and custom development work are determined by the terms outlined in your service agreement
- Implementation Services: Implementation services are generally non-refundable once work has begun
Community Edition
- Our open-source Community Edition is provided free of charge and as-is, with no refunds applicable
Refund Process
- Submit a refund request to billing@authoh.com
- Include your account information, service details, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your card issuer
Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees
- Implementation services that have been completed
- Usage fees for authentication services already consumed
- Training and education services that have been delivered
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside of these guidelines on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific situation.
Cancellation
Cancellation of your service does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for information regarding service cancellation procedures.
